2. Event Registration & Accounts

  • All conference and workshop registrations are considered valid once the registration fee has been successfully paid through our official online portal.
  • The name and contact information provided during registration will be treated as the official attendee details for the event.
  • Registrations are non-transferable unless bdNOG explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.
  • bdNOG reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict access to your account or registration in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with event rules.

3. Submissions

Any content you submit to bdNOG through the Website, including but not limited to questions, feedback, comments, proposals, or presentation materials (“Submissions”), becomes the property of bdNOG. By submitting content you grant bdNOG a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your Submission for promotional, archival, or operational purposes. You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

bdNOG reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue availability, safety concerns, natural disasters, public health directives, or other emergencies. If an event is rescheduled, registrations will be transferred to the new date unless otherwise notified. In the event of a cancellation, bdNOG will follow its refund policy where applicable and communicate next steps to registered participants.
